Commercial Sales & ServiceThis exciting role will oversee all activities within the EMM (Emerging Middle Market) Streamline Channel Portfolio New Business Analysts Small Commercial and PreUnderwriting. Ideal candidate would continue to work on optimizing processes to facilitate highvolume business.
This role facilitates decisioning and analysis of all types of credit information to support lending decisions and processes for the bank. Maintains and promotes a client service environment to satisfy and exceed customer needs and expectations. This role will make credit decisions and recommendations in accordance with sound creditgranting principles and in compliance with Bank Policies & Procedures.

Partners with internal stakeholder to develop consistent and appropriate customer presentations craft detailed correspondence presentations and proposals.
Coordinates the management of databases; ensures alignment and integration of data in adherence with data governance standards.
Leads change management programs of varying scope and type including readiness assessments planning stakeholder management evaluation and sustainment of initiatives.
Provides direction on the creation of comprehensive credit structures to meet the transactional needs of clients.
Collaborates with internal stakeholders to generate ideas identify client solutions and pursue marketing efforts.
Provides accurate financial analysis and risk assessment of new and existing customers.
Partners with internal stakeholders for accurate detailed client information.
Develops credit information to make lending decisions on new renewal and extension loans.
Assists in negotiations of terms and conditions of all decisions made via phone and email interaction with clients.
Prepares summary present facts and offer opinions concerning credit worthiness.
Minimizes BMOs risk exposure by adhering to internal credit policies and procedures with respect to lending decisions.
Provides input into the planning and implementation of operational programs.
Builds effective relationships with internal/external stakeholders.
Operates at a group/enterprisewide level and serves as a specialist resource to senior leaders and stakeholders.
Applies expertise and thinks creatively to address unique or ambiguous situations and to find solutions to problems that can be complex and nonroutine.
Implements changes in response to shifting trends.
Broader work or accountabilities may be assigned as needed.
Qualifications:
Typically 7 years of relevant experience and postsecondary degree in related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
If a Credit Qualifiable job Credit Qualifications and associated credit knowledge and skills according to the credit portfolio requirements and qualification standards.
Seasoned professional with a combination of education experience and industry knowledge.

Salaries will vary based on factors such as location skills experience education and qualifications for the role and may include a commission structure. Salaries for parttime roles will be prorated based on number of hours regularly worked. For commission roles the salary listed above represents BMO Financial Groups expected target for the first year in this position.
