Join Our Team as a Sales Associate at The Fort!
Are you friendly positive and ready to jump into a great team Do you enjoy helping others find the perfect items The Fort is looking for enthusiastic people to join our sales team offering both parttime and flexible schedules. As a Sales Associate youll help create a memorable shopping experience for our guests and support our team!
Location: Were hiring at our Columbus location. This role requires a minimum of 15 hours per week including half of all weekends. We are looking for both fulltime and parttime.
What Youll Do
- Be Challenged: Warmer seasons bring excitement and energy so youll need to think fast stay organized and enjoy a lively atmosphere.

- Be a Quick Learner: Learn about our products and pick up sales tips to assist guests confidently during the season.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service
- Work closely with team members in a learning environment
- Achieve daily sales and customer service goals
- Build trust and positive relationships with customers
- Dress in The Fort apparel during shifts
- Lift up to 50 pounds
- Work 50 of weekends and 75 of holidays (required during peak season)

- Willingness to engage with customers and suggest items
- Good communication with customers and coworkers
- Basic computer/tablet skills
