About The Role

Forward Deployed Engineers (FDEs) work to support the daytoday operations of Invisible deployments. Our customers rely on our platform for some of their most critical operations. As an FDE youll apply your problem solving ability creativity and technical skills to support our customers implementations and workflows. Youll have the opportunity to gain rare insight into challenging problems at the worlds most important organisations and directly contribute to solving them.

What Youll Do

• Work with Solution Architects and other Forward Deployed Software Engineers to understand the critical problems customers have and design workflows to solve them.
• Identify workflow optimisations through deep engagement with customer problems and work to build into a stable and scalable solution.
• Respond to and triage incoming support requests from both internal and external teams.
• Maintain and improve existing workflows to support customer outcomes.

What We Need

• Strong engineering background demonstrated by a Bachelors degree in Data Science Computer Science and related fields OR equivalent professional experience.
• Proficiency with one of more programming languages such as Python Typescript/JavaScript or similar.
• Familiarity with a data engineering frameworks such as SQL/NoSQL

Compensation:
Invisible is committed to fair and competitive pay ensuring that compensation reflects both market conditions and the value each team member brings. Our salary structure accounts for regional differences in cost of living while maintaining internal equity.

• Tier 1: $121000 $142000

An Invisible Talent Acquisition Partner can provide more information on which locations are included in each of our geographic pay tiers during the interview process. For candidates outside the U.S. compensation will be adjusted to reflect local market conditions and costofliving differentials.

Bonuses and equity are included in offers above entry level. Final compensation is determined by a combination of factors including location jobrelated experience skills knowledge internal pay equity and overall market conditions.
