P1C3STSBachelors Degree in Computer Science Information Systems Business Administration or other related fieldAI/ML Developer with 6 Years of Experience AI/ML NLP and Gen AI with Python with both traditional machine learning algorithms and modern deep learning and generative AI modelsDesign develop and implement machine learning models using Python for data analysis and modelingAI Services is an enterprise team under AI/ML developing and maintaining capabilities for enterprise document processing i.e. understanding the document classifying it into different doc types and extracting information from images submitted by customers to Amex could have various issues that prevents classification data extraction and other processing necessary to use the information present in the example the submitted image might be low resolution blurry zoomed out rotated etc. and would lead to deterioration of information is a need to preprocess the images before the documents are processed. At a high level The preprocessing needs to solve for the the issues with the submitted image for e.x. > low and high resolution > Image attributes Brightness contrast etc > noisy images > Manipulated the right treatment that is needed to enhance image quality based on the image for e.x. > rotation > alpha and beta correction > cropping > Greyscale the order in which the enhancement techniques need to be applied and apply the stepsThe need is to do all these processing at scale while keeping the latency as low as ML NLPGen AI PythonML FrameworksPandas Numpy
