Salary Range: $163032 $248400 annually (Determined by function education experience and qualifications of the applicant.

Job Summary:
In this role you will fly Bechtel aircraft as PilotinCommand (PIC) or SecondinCommand (SIC) and provide safe dependable and flexible air travel for executive management. You will assist with preflight planning crewmember compliance safety condition assessment and with passenger services. Your work will ensure that executive travel needs are met in a secure efficient and timely manner.
Major Responsibilities:
Checks weather all applicable Notice to Airmen (NOTAMs) determines the aircraft weight and balance and the appropriate fuel oil and oxygen requirements.
Makes the final decision as to whether or not an aircraft may be safely operated. As required consults with other departments to resolve maintenance irregularities passenger service issues and operational planning.
Completes an aircraft preflight inspection before each departure.
Conducts preflight planning and preflight briefing of operational pilots; ensures that assigned aircraft crewmembers have valid licenses medical certificates passports and visas if required.
Ensures a Part 91 compliant briefing is conducted for all passengers prior to flight.
Assumes absolute authority relative to the safe operation of the aircraft and over other crewmembers during aircraft movement to ensure compliance with customs immigration and sabotage laws.
Operates the aircraft in accordance with operator procedures and aircraft limitations to ensure the safe transport of key executives and their families authorized employees and physical assets.
Oversees the appropriate provision of passenger services during trips e.g. the arrangement of inflight catering while away from home base as well as verifying itinerary times for the next scheduled departure with the lead passenger.
Completes all postflight duties including conducting postflight briefings completing all postflight documentation and record keeping in an accurate and timely manner clearing and restocking the cabin and galley areas notifying maintenance of any aircraft defects and notifying BAO of any deviation from the planned itinerary or overnight location. Remains in command of other crewmembers until the end of the assignment duty period or until command is relinquished.
Has full responsibility and is the final authority for the safe operation of the airplane.
Directs the activities of all crewmembers in a manner that promotes maximum safety responsibility and operational effectiveness.
May fly as SecondinCommand on designated trip sequences. Additional Qualifications/ResponsibilitiesEducation and Experience Requirements:
Licenses and certificates
Current 1st Class FAA Medical Certificate
Airline Transport Pilot with Instrument and Airplane MultiEngine Land ratings
Bachelors Degree in related field preferred
Flight Experience minimums
2500 hours of Pilot in Command (PIC) time1
1500 hours of multiengine time
1000 hours of turbinepowered time
500 hours PIC in multiengine turbine powered aircraft
Required Knowledge and Skills:
Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of FARs and appropriate portions of the AIM (Airmens Information Manual).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience in dealing with executive management government officials and service center representatives.
Must be willing to work irregular hours and be able to travel for extended periods of time.
