Senior FP&A Analyst
HAC Inc is an employeeowned company seeking a highly selfmotivated individual to join the FP&A team. The ideal candidate will have senior level experience as an Analyst preferably in grocery retail or a related industry sector.
The Senior Financial Analysts responsibilities include analyzing financial data forecasting future trends preparing budgets and generating financial reports.
Our ideal candidate possesses exceptional analytical skills robust understanding of financial trends and a strong strategic mindset.
Ultimately the role of the Senior Financial Analyst is to provide accurate databased information to company leadership for use in strategic decisionmaking and financial planning.
Requirements and skills
- Directs Financial Planning and reporting for the company.
- Provides valuable financial insights for critical strategic decisions.
- Proven work experience as a Senior Financial AnalystFinancial Analystor similar role
- Handson experience with financial and statistical software
- Expertise in MS Excel (creating spreadsheets and using advanced formulas)
- Uses budgeting forecasting modeling and reporting to ensure the companys financial status stays on track.
- Responsible for financial planning analysis and projection including forecasting future revenues and expenditures.
- Familiarity with finance databases
- Understanding of Enterprise Resource Planning systems (ERP)
- Up to date with accounting laws and regulations
- Excellent analytical skills
- Ability to present financial data using detailed reports and charts
- Demonstrable strategic thinking skills
- Confidentiality in handling sensitive financial information
Qualifications:
- A bachelors degree in finance accounting or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in financial planning analysis and mod
