As a Market Intelligence Analyst youll use primary and secondary research methods to plan and execute creative studies that deeply explore current and potential market opportunities. Youll provide actionable insights and artifacts to drive direction and confidence in critical business decisions. Youll engage and support a culture of research and continuous learning across the company.
About the role
Work across disciplines to explore research opportunities within a given business area then size and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
Gather and synthesize research findings into actionable insights packaged and delivered according to audience needs and priorities
Visualize research findings into tangible artifacts such as slide decks onepagers and dashboards
Collaborate with product teams to build balanced datadriven backlogs that capitalize on market opportunities
Build strong relationships across business areas and disciplines as a supporter of market research
About you
Minimum qualifications
Bachelors degree in market research business administration sociology statistics or related field
2 years of experience or equivalent competency in market research or similar field
Demonstrated ability in survey design instrumentation and analysis
Demonstrated ability managing projects from endtoend both independently and with external vendors
Preferred qualifications
Demonstrated ability using advanced quantitative research methods such as conjoint analyses key driver analyses and price sensitivity meters
Demonstrated ability conducting secondary research to explore market conditions characteristics trends and competitive landscape
Demonstrated ability facilitating ideation alignment and engagement workshops with a variety of disciplines and stakeholders
Demonstrated ability collaborating with crossfunctional and interdisciplinary teams to curate plan execute synthesize and share market research
Demonstrated ability presenting and storytelling
Understanding of the mortgage financial services or financial technology (FinTech) industry
