In this position you will lead district lottery representatives to drive ticket sales by recruiting new retailers and identifying opportunities for sales growth within specific geographic areas. You will supervise a team of clerical staff clerks and supervisors ensuring work is properly assigned reviewed and in line with regulations and policies. Your responsibilities will also include conducting accessibility surveys and random spot checks at both new and existing retail locations to ensure program compliance. Additionally you will develop and execute marketing strategies designed to enhance and sustain retailer sales through targeted promotions.
