In this position you will lead district lottery representatives to drive ticket sales by recruiting new retailers and identifying opportunities for sales growth within specific geographic areas. You will supervise a team of clerical staff clerks and supervisors ensuring work is properly assigned reviewed and in line with regulations and policies. Your responsibilities will also include conducting accessibility surveys and random spot checks at both new and existing retail locations to ensure program compliance. Additionally you will develop and execute marketing strategies designed to enhance and sustain retailer sales through targeted promotions.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
- Fulltime employment 37.5 hours per week
- Work hours are 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Monday Friday with a 30minute lunch.
- Telework:You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) parttime. In order to telework you must have a securely configured highspeed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Allentown.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- Eight years of progressively responsible experience in sales or marketing including two years of supervisory experience; or
- Four years of experience as a District Lottery Representative(Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title as determined by the Office of Administration); or
- Two years of experience as a District Lottery Supervisor(Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title as determined by the Office of Administration); or
- Any equivalent of experience and training.
Special Requirement:
- You must possess a valid motor vehicle operators license.
Additional Requirements:
- You must reside in Lehigh or Northampton County. (Relocation is not an option.
- You must abide by the prohibition guidelines and refrain from gambling in Pennsylvania casinos or any casino outside of Pennsylvania with the same owners.
- You must be able to perform essential job functions.
