Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound/outbound phone calls internet leads and appointment setting
Maintain consistent and professional communication with prospective clients
Work closely with the sales team to optimize appointment conversions
Utilize CRM tools to track follow up and manage leads efficiently
Deliver an exceptional customer experience from first contact
- Provide customers with initial product information & direct them to the appropriate dealership resources
Preferred Qualifications:
Proven BDC or customer service experience (automotive industry experience highly preferred)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
CRM and lead management system proficiency
Positive attitude strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Selfmotivated with the ability to thrive in a goaldriven environment
- DriveCentric CRM experience preferred
- Willing to submit to a preemployment background check & drug screen
