Manager OperationsWhat does a successful Manager Operations do at FiservAt Fiserv a successful Manger of Operations is key to ensuring that our daytoday operations run smoothly and efficiently. This role requires a proactive and motivated individual who excels in a fastpaced environment. You will lead a team of 10 to 20 employees developing and implementing strategies that align with Fiservs vision mission and longterm strategic plans. This involves driving process improvements ensuring topquality standards and maintaining a safetyconscious work environment.
What you will do:
- Supervise direct and monitor daily operations of all employees.
- Take ownership of daytoday people management including performance evaluations onboarding and corrective action plans.
- Discipline and counsel employees for unwanted behaviors including documentation of performance.
- Ensure employees adhere to company workplace safety and work policies.
- Communicate effectively with management on key issues across all functions.
- Continuously review work processes to ensure procedures are followed and work is performed correctly.
- Set goals and develop strategies to achieve those goals.
- Identify and oversee the completion of key projects.
- Mentor train and develop teammates for career progression and learning.
What you will need to have:
- 7 years of experience in a production distribution or manufacturing environment.
- 7 years of previous supervisory/managerial experience.
- 7 years of management experience in a deployment/manufacturing environment.
- High School Diploma and/or equivalent military experience.
What would be great to have:
- Experience leading and implementing process improvement.
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering Operations or Management.
- Proven skills in measuring effectiveness and quality management.
- Handson electronics repair experience.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 standards.
