About you
You are an experienced Disability Support Worker who thrives on a challenge and celebrates the little things. Experienced with behavioural support plans and complex disability care you are passionate about providing a high quality of care. You are proficient in English reading and writing and can build fast rapport with multiple clients. Celebrating the little wins comes naturally to you and you are passionate about assisting others to make small improvements to reach their goals.
About the role
Working within a high care house (including complex behaviours) you will provide the highest standard of care to individuals with disabilities.
As a Disability Support Worker you will provide personcentred care to support our complex clients with various aspects of their daily living. Most importantly youll be supporting clients to achieve goals that matter to them.
