We are currently seeking a Construction Project Coordinatorto oversee and coordinate the onsite activities of facility construction and renovation projects within a manufacturing operations. This role is crucial to ensuring projects are executed safely efficiently and to the highest quality standardswhile maintaining uninterrupted manufacturing operations.
The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership field coordination experience and a proactive approach to managing contractors schedules and quality control in an industrial/ manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Direct and supervise all onsite construction activities and field personnel to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
Coordinate daily operations ensuring compliance with safety environmental and company standards.
Maintain close communication with project managers engineers subcontractors and internal stakeholders.
Monitor construction progress prepare daily reports and resolve field issues in a timely manner.
Manage scheduling of subcontractors materials and equipment deliveries.
Oversee quality assurance and inspection processes to ensure project specifications are met.
Conduct safety meetings and enforce jobsite safety protocols in accordance with OSHA and company policies.
Maintain a clean and organized jobsite to support productivity and safety.
Qualifications:
Associate degree Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in related field.
Minimum 710 years of experience in commercial or industrial construction.
Experience in construction projects within a manufacturing or industrial facility strongly preferred.
Strong knowledge of construction methods scheduling and safety regulations.
Proficiency with construction management software and MS Office Suite.
OSHA 30Hour Certification preferred.
Excellent leadership communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work on active manufacturing campuses while coordinating with operations teams.
