In this pivotal individual contributor role youll be at the forefront driving innovation as the primary customer liaison and leading highimpact Integrated Program Teams (IPTs) on largescale complex programs. Youll be the problemsolver of choice recommending bold solutions to tough challenges delivering realtime progress updates and playing a key role in negotiating contracts that drive success.

This onsite role is based in Lenexa KS and may be eligible for relocation support.
What You Will Do:
Leads risk and opportunity management for programs in production
Leads multiple crossfunctional projects at one time
Participates in coordinating preparation of proposals business plans proposal work statements operational budgets specifications and financial conditions of contracts to ensure legal compliance and to protect the organizations interests
Leads large programs to support the development of program plans schedules and budgets for programs under his/her responsibility
Establishes key performance indicators and directs work to achieve these targets
Analyzes data and monitors programs to ensure adherence to cost schedule and technical specifications
Maintains and presents plans and progress reports relating to business aspects of the program(s) to Senior Leadership and Customers
Implements continuous improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency and quality specifically utilizing CORE (Customer Oriented Results and Excellence) lean or six sigma methodology
Identifies and addresses program problems and recommends resolutions to ensure the successful performance of programs in production including field service safety issues customer satisfaction issues obsolescence work transfers improvements for capacity and supplier requests
Leads program work with the various functional organizations to ensure alignment with the customer program objectives supporting development phase and then owning the production phase
Directs program phases from start of production through completion (sunsetting) of program
Interfaces with customers for program requirements to ensure successful completion
Manages the contract lifecycle cost schedule and performance of company programs or subsystems of major programs
Qualifications Your Must Have:
Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience
Manufacturing industry experience
Qualifications We Prefer:
Engineering degree or technical background
Experience with manufacturing operations and supply chain
PMP Certification

The salary range for this role is 147000 USD 295000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
