The Senior Manager Brand Experience will support the development and of experiential programs across strategy creative production and client services. This role requires strong project management and client communication skills a collaborative mindset and a passion for creating innovative integrated experiences. The ideal candidate has 45 years of experiential marketing experience is confident in managing daytoday client needs and thrives in a fastpaced teamoriented environment.
Responsibilities:
Serve as a key point of contact for clients helping to manage communications timelines and expectations
Support the development and of strategic integrated experiential campaigns with measurable KPIs
Partner with internal teams to brief in creative strategy and production resources to meet project objectives
Create and maintain detailed project plans timelines and budgets
Help manage thirdparty vendors and production partners throughout planning and activation
Assist with financial tracking and reporting including budget oversight OOP management and internal PO process
Contribute to postprogram wrapup including reporting insights and budget reconciliation
Proactively identify opportunities to add value and support organic growth within client accounts
Qualifications:
45 years of experience in experiential marketing or brand activations
Proven ability to manage projects from planning through with strong attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; confident presenting internally and externally
Collaborative solutionsoriented approach with the ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
Familiarity with budget management and vendor coordination
Comfortable working in a crossfunctional team environment with multiple stakeholders
$60000 $80000 a year
An employees pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including but not limited to relevant education qualifications certifications experience skills seniority geographic location performance travel requirements revenuebased metrics any contractual agreements and business or organizational needs.
