The Strategic Resource Manager (SRM) and is a key member of the Sales Enablement team responsible for designing managing and evolving the onboarding experience for producers. This role supports the sales organization by ensuring that new hires are integrated efficiently set up for success and aligned with company goals from day one.
As the first point of operational support for new producers this role also supports key enablement initiatives such as procedure documentation internal onboarding communications prospect research and CRM workflow alignment. The ideal candidate brings strong organizational skills a proactive mindset and a passion for supporting highperforming sales teams.
Designed to scale with the growth of the organization this role helps define how we bring new talent to HUB building a structured repeatable onboarding experience improving internal processes and connecting producers to the tools people and data they need to succeed. The position also supports M&A team integration and assists with research that fuels prospecting and new business efforts.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Producer Onboarding & Integration
- Project manage the onboarding process for all new producers from offer acceptance through their first 90 days
- Coordinate and schedule all meetings (CSO welcome CORE training RSO introductions etc.
- Submit and track IT tickets for hardware email and system access
- Maintain and customize onboarding checklists
- Serve as the operational liaison between Sales IT HR and SE Team
- Track onboarding progress and timelines flag bottlenecks and ensure timely delivery of resources
- Build a consistent branded onboarding experience including prestart welcome materials and onboarding templates
- Partner with RSOs to gather producerspecific needs in advance and plan accordingly FutureState Vision
- Build and maintain a formal Producer Onboarding Playbook
- Launch onboarding cohorts and peer groups to foster engagement and shared learning Help shape monthly topics coordinate guest speakers and collect feedback to improve the experience Keep participation and engagement tracked and flag producers who may be falling off Coordinate with CSO or RSO leaders to align content with seasonal priorities or gaps
- Design prestart experiences (welcome guides intro videos soft onboarding) to build connection early Collaborate with Enablement Field Marketing and Sales Ops to develop structured learning tracks and clear rampup KPIs
- Regularly collect feedback from new producers and RSOs to refine the onboarding process
- Track onboarding ROI and recommend adjustments to improve retention engagement and early production
- Collaborate with communications to support internal campaigns geared toward new producers (welcome campaigns monthly new face spotlights or quick Getting Started emails)
M&A Sales Team Integration
- Act as the project manager for M&A onboarding for sales team
- Build checklists set timelines and schedule all relevant meetings
- Serve as the main point of contact for newly acquired producers during their transition period
- Align integration activities with existing onboarding frameworks while customizing for M&A nuances
- Support postintegration efforts to evaluate success and gather insights for future deals
Additional Responsibilities
- Maintain a toolkit of sales enablement resources (CRM job aids carrier links Seismic pages etc.
- Manage outside producer tracking and coordinate updates as needed
- Lead scheduling and coordination for the New Producer Group helping drive engagement and consistency
- Support special projects tied to sales contests new hire communications and CORE optimization with a focus on enabling producer success
- Research & Prospecting Support Assist producers with identifying and preparing for strategic opportunities through targeted company research Gather and synthesize company data using tools like PitchBook ZoomInfo MiEdge and internal systems. Develop producerready research briefs including company size revenue broker relationships key contacts and vertical alignment
Desired Skills & Experience:

- 2 5 years in onboarding sales enablement project coordination or sales operations
- Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience in insurance financial services or a growthfocused sales environment is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM systems Seismic PitchBook ZoomInfo or similar tools preferred.
