(Must be Flexible to Time/Day changes with sufficient advance notice due to operational needs. This is NOT considered a Flex Position).
Required Qualifications:
- 3 years in a Security Operations Center (SOC) or similar highsecurity environment.
- 24 years of supervisory or team lead experience preferred.
- Proficiency in security systems such as CCTV Access Control and mass notification systems.
- Experience in global intelligence monitoring and travel risk management systems (Anvil/TRIS/ETMS) preferred.
Leadership:
- Supervise GSCC Operators ensuring adherence to policies procedures and performance standards.
- Lead daily briefings assign duties and monitor realtime operational coverage.
- Serve as an escalation point for all GSCC incidents and coordinates with oncall managers stakeholders and field teams.
- Conduct performance evaluations coaching and continuous development of GSCC personnel.
- Schedule monitor attendance and manage workforce coordination across multiple shifts.
- Ensure staff meet or exceed established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Training & Development:
- Develop and deliver onboarding and ongoing training programs for GSCC Operators.
- Maintain training materials including job aids procedures and work instructions.
- Validate operator proficiency in systems usage (CCTV Access Control Alarm Monitoring Incident Reporting etc.
- Perform scenariobased training for emergency response communications and escalation protocols.
Security Operations & Intelligence Monitoring:
- Monitor global intelligence sources and threat feeds for events potentially impacting personnel or assets.
- Manage or analyze incident data using intelligence and mass notification systems.
- Ensures that mass notifications and documentation are accurate timely and effectively distributed.
- Assists with travel tracking threat proximity analysis and global situational awareness.
Systems Oversight & Quality Control:
- Maintain operational awareness of security systems.
- Ensure proper documentation and follow through with incident reporting.
- Oversees service issue tracking and support coordination with local site security or technical teams.
- Ensure accurate dispatching procedures using GSCC directories and building emergency plans.
