The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $82000 $121000 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location education experience knowledge and skills.
Tasks and Qualifications:
This is What You Will do in This Role:
Conduct site visits to independently conduct root cause analysis sessions to unravel and resolve standard risk and complexity issues setting the stage for detailed quality improvements.
Orchestrate the implementation of corrective and preventive actions derived from RCAs ensuring balanced improvements in quality and performance.
Optimally communicate key takeaways and standard methodologies across the organization improving the overall quality framework and processes.
Represent customer interests and perspectives ensuring their needs are central to our strategic and operational plans.
What We are Looking For:
5 years experience in related field with a bachelors degree or equivalent experience. Passionate about problemsolving and quality improvement.
Demonstrated ability in leading Root Cause Analysis processes from beginning to end.
Ability to compile data then use that information to tell compelling stories to leadership.
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
Sophisticated capabilities in MS Office Suite specifically Excel and statistical analysis tools like Minitab.
Ability to travel to customer sites up to 50 of the time as necessary.
