What Youll Be Doing
Designing and developing patientspecific surgical implants and instruments from concept to launch
Collaborating with surgeons and sales teams to define technical needs and solutions
Modeling and detailing concepts using CAD software (SolidWorks preferred)
Creating and testing prototypes and supporting regulatory submissions
Improving and optimizing existing products and services through value engineering
About You
Be able to do the job as described
Passionate about advocacy and solutions for underserved patient groups
Comfortable supporting surgical cases and cadaver labs
Familiar with regulatory and quality documentation in medical devices
Experienced in highly customized patientspecific product development
