The person hired will be responsible for developing implementing and continuously improving training programs for both internal employees and external customers. This role ensures training programs align with company goals industry best practices and regulatory requirements while enhancing employee skills knowledge and overall customer success. The manager oversees both inperson and virtual training maintains compliance with FDA ISO and other regulatory agencies monitors customer satisfaction and ensures a consistently positive Stago training experience. Additionally this role manages a team of training specialists oversees budget control and uses data analysis to drive training improvements. Ability to travel domestically and internationally if needed. Up to 10 travel may be required. Base sallary in the $90K $140K range plus an annual bonus.
