What would you do as a Transportation Service Scheduler
As a Transportation Service Scheduler at The Arc of ChemungSchuyler you will start your day by coordinating and scheduling transportation services for our clients. Your strong communication skills will be essential as you interact with drivers clients and other team members to ensure that all transportation needs are met efficiently. Youll be responsible for managing schedules addressing any conflicts that arise and problemsolving on the go to accommodate lastminute changes. Your day will typically run Monday through Friday giving you a predictable work schedule to balance with your personal life.
Throughout the day you will handle administrative tasks maintain accurate records and ensure that every detail is organized. With your automotive background youll also assist in monitoring vehicle maintenance schedules ensuring our transportation fleet remains in top shape.
