Were looking for aGround Maintenance Team Leaderto join our fun customer focused team! Contractually based out of our Basingstoke office youll primarily cover the Aldershot area and surrounding North Hampshire area. This is afull time permanent role working39 hoursper week!

As grounds maintenance team leaderyoull play an important part in deliveringexcellent customer and community services. Youll lead motivate and delegate to the grounds maintenance operatives so they can assist and support you in carrying out grounds maintenance plan and organise the tools and equipment required for work to be carried out. Youll also follow standard work routines and tasks on site with scope to make adjustments in the case of unplanned events.
As the grounds maintenance team leader youll be accountable for the quality and efficiency of the grounds maintenance work on your sites. Well expect you to meet your set targets and support your supervisor to ensure an excellent value for money service is delivered for our customers.
Youll bring a wealth of knowledge and experience in a grounds maintenance position along with anNPTC level 2 in the use of pesticides PA1 & PA6a.Youll also have a full current driving licence (held for at least 1 year) and trailer licence. Offers are subject to satisfactory driving licence checks and DBS check.
