Job Description
Buck & Rider is hiring for our Sushi team! A unique job here in Arizona our sushi team is ever growing and expanding our menu offerings. Our sushi team is responsible for providing unforgettable dining experiences at our sushi station and creating visually appealing and delicious sushi rolls nigiri and sashimi.
Day in the Life:
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and guests
- Keeps work areas and food storage areas clean and safe at all times
- Primarily works in front of guests while preparing foods at the sushi bar
- Engage with guests when applicable in a friendly and approachable manner providing information about our products and answering any questions guests may have
- Work quickly to keep up with the pace of the restaurant and team
- Reading and following department of health standards and food industry standards
- Adhere to all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
- Perform all other duties as required including prep work or additional tasks as needed

Requirements:
- Ability to multitask in fastpaced team environment
- Must be able to communicate effectively
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs and frequently lift and bend from the waist
- Must be able to stand for long periods
**Must have weekend AM availability.
Compensation: $20.00 $27.00 per hour

Housed in an Australianinspired dwellings their rugged architecture nestles a sophisticatedly warm interior anchored by stone fireplaces that seamlessly open to floortoceiling glassdoors to the outdoors in a lush landscaped patio.
Priding ourselves in utmost freshness and ingredients our compelling seafood and steak dishes are chefcrafted with gusto directly from farmers and fishermen of the East West and Gulf Coasts. Taking advantage of fishing conditions we fly in our fish and seafood direct daily to your plate a first in Arizona. Our steaks are of our own Buck & RiderReserve Beef and paired beautifully with our expertly crafted cocktails rawbar items handrolled sushi and farmfresh vegetables.
