The company has used this experience to expand our service offerings to other agencies within the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) the Department of Defense (DoD) and other Federal Civilian Agencies.

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing and maintaining Salesforce solutions within a federal government environment with a strong focus on the Salesforce Platform especially one or more of the Service Sales Marketing or Experience Clouds. This role involves designing developing and implementing customized solutions.

Responsibilities

• Solution Development: Design develop and implement customized Salesforce solutions with a focus on Service Sales Marketing or Experience Clouds.
• Maintenance: Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce applications to ensure optimal performance and usability.
• Government Compliance: Ensure all solutions comply with relevant federal government regulations and standards and work within the Salesforce Government Cloud platform.
• Integration: Integrate Salesforce with other systems and applications ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product owners stakeholders and Scrum teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
• Testing and Validation: Conduct unit testing and ensure solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all solutions and processes.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance Salesforce usage.

Required Skills and Experience

• Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer with specific experience in Salesforce Service Cloud and federal government projects.
• Certifications: Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Apex Visualforce Lightning Components and other Salesforce technologies.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication collaboration and problemsolving skills.
• Security Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance.
• Ability to work effectively remotely in crossfunctional teams.
• Ability to meet deadlines and produce quality work.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite software including Outlook Word Excel SharePoint and PowerPoint.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Advanced Certifications: Additional Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II.
• Government Experience: Proven track record of developing solutions within a federal government environment including development of solutions in governmentspecific Salesforce clouds.
• Project Management: Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.

Clearance Requirements

U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance.

Work Location: Charlotte NC Remote

• If this position is assigned to a Pantheon Data office location or client site youll work with colleagues and clients in person as needed for specific client requirements.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $100000 $132000. This is not however a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather salary will be set based on experience geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
