Who You Are:
- Youve got a lot of hustle.
- A people leader who also knows cars / trucks like the back of their hand and doesnt flinch when the job gets gritty and your fingernails get dirty.
- 5 years in body shop or collision repair management We thought so. Certifications Thats even better.
- If you thrive in fastpaced environments if you take pride in making it right the first time and if you can handle the heat without breaking a sweat we need to talk.
What Youll Do:
- Own every aspect of shop management from people to repair quality to customer satisfaction.
- Keep an eagle eye on the workflow balancing efficiency quality and speed.
- Lead motivate and train a powerhouse team.
- Manage parts inventory and ensure every job is executed with precision.
