Job Description

Starting wage is $15.00/hr
As a Medical Advocate you willwill assist in organizing arranging and completing visits with outside professionals as required to meet the medical needs of each individual integrating medical needs and services into the individual program plans for each participant.
Schedule:MondayFriday 8am4:30pm
Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Treat everyone with dignity and respect
- Coordinate and schedules all medical appointments
- Serveas a liaison between doctors and pharmacies
- Maintainand updateall medical records
- Provide transportation to and from doctors appointments
