This job oversees the daily operations and executes the strategic plan for department including but not limited to gathering recipes conducting nutritional analysis to certify and approve new community partners developing and maintaining partner relationships ensuring accuracy of company branding managing social media accounts and assisting the Public Relations and Marketing teams as needed. Works closely with their oneover leader to track ROI and continually improve results. Works collaboratively with internal departments and external partners to develop and support initiatives that are beneficial to the company. Executes resultdriven initiatives and works independently under the direction of oneover leader.

Education

Required Bachelors Degree in Nutrition Dietetics Public Health Culinary Medicine or a related field

Preferred Masters Degree in Public Health

Work Experience

Preferred 3 years of experience as a Registered Dietitian Dietetic intern working in Culinary Medicine or other Wellnessdriven industry

Certifications

Preferred Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN)

Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES)

Dietetic Technician Registered (DTR)

Knowledge Skills and Abilities (KSAs)

  • Experience using recipe analysis software.

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills to present information clearly and professionally to varying levels of individuals.

  • Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain strong client relationships with internal and external partners.

  • Selfdirected with the ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment in difficult situations.

  • Ability to work well in a team environment.

  • Experience in successfully managing social media account.

  • Food photography and editing skills.

Job Duties

  • Onboard and certify new community partners to achieve predetermined annual goal per year per region.

  • Meet with community partners to perform recipe analysis for agreed upon menu items.

  • Ensure accurate company branding with Menu spot checks in person on regular predetermined schedule to confirm branding is accurate and new items added.

  • Coordinate and participate in strategically planned community events.

  • Manage social media accounts and mobile application featuring key initiatives and community partners.

  • Assists the Marketing and Public Relation team as needed to crosspromote the company and related services.

  • Performs other related duties as required.

Physical and Environmental Demands

Medium Work Exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently and/or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects. Even though the weight lifted may be only a negligible amount a job should be rated Light Work: 1 when it requires walking or standing to a significant degree; or 2 when it requires sitting most of the time but entails pushing and/or pulling of arm or leg controls; and/or 3 when the job requires working at a production rate pace entailing the constant pushing and/or pulling of materials even though the weight of those materials is negligible. NOTE: The constant stress and strain of maintaining a production rate pace especially in an industrial setting can be and is physically demanding of a worker even though the amount of force exerted is negligible.

Normal routine involves no exposure to blood body fluid or tissue and as part of their employment incumbents are not called upon to perform or assist in emergency care or first aid.

The incumbent has no occupational risk for exposure to communicable diseases.

Because the incumbent works within a healthcare setting there may be occupational risk for exposure to hazardous medications or hazardous waste within the environment through receipt transport storage preparation dispensing administration cleaning and/or disposal of contaminated waste. The risk level of exposure may increase depending on the essential job duties of the role.
