  • Leading and supporting restaurant and caf leadership with oversight of daily operations across multiple locations.
  • Developing implementing and executing processes for operational excellence in beverage service food service and guest experience.

Qualifications:

  • 3 or more years of multiunit management experience leading 2 or more locations with oversight on front of house (hospitality) and back of house (culinary) operations
  • 3 or more of leadership experience leading a team of 6 or more in a highvolume fullservice restaurant environment
  • 2 or more years of experience in food and beverage upscale concept preferred
  • Passion for guest service
  • Valid Food Handlers Card and MAST Certification required.
  • Strong knowledge of specialty coffee bar and wine preferred
  • Working knowledge of P&L financial reporting inventory operations and customer service required
  • Ability to regularly exercise of independent judgment and discretion
  • Ability to handle sensitive confidential information discreetly and professionally
  • Ability to coach and mentor leaders and team in all areas of the caf bar
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment

PHYSICAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL CONSIDERATIONS

  • Work is performed primarily in a cafe setting with extensive public contact and frequent interruptions.
  • Must be able to stand or walk a minimum eighthour shift. Requires mobility and prolonged standing walking bending and lifting up to 50 lbs.
