Description

Prescient Edge is seeking a Senior Program Manager to support a federal government client.

Please note that the availability of this position is contingent upon contract award.

Security Clearance:

  • Security clearance required TS/SCI with a CI POLY or the ability to obtain one.

Description:

  • Manages project operations to ensure production schedules are met system resources are utilized effectively and that proper relationships are established between customers.
  • Responsible for cost schedule performance and risk identification/ mitigation on projects including but not limited to systems tools equipment software facilities and other activities.
  • Coordinates resolutions to productionrelated problems.
  • Integrates and coordinates all activity needed to satisfy the requirement.
  • Shall manage the timeliness completeness and quality of problem identification and resolution as applicable.
  • Shall provide corrective action plans proposal submittals timely identification of issues and effective management of Subcontractors.
  • Shall seek to ensure customer satisfaction and professional and ethical behavior of all Contractor personnel.
  • Shall continually monitor the status of funds and prepare submit and revise if necessary all contract administrative and financial data reporting.
  • Responsible for managing that the required manpower support levels throughout the period of performance of the task order.


Requirements

Desired Experience:

  • 12 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
  • Demonstrates indepth knowledge and understanding of the labor category activities required to meet mission requirements.
  • Demonstrates ability to work independently and with minimal oversight

Desired Education:

  • Masters degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education; or have Bachelors degree related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and an additional 5 years of related senior experience for a total of 17 years as a substitute to the Masters degree.
