Job Summary
The Inventory Coordinator will be responsible for managing the flow of donated goods maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring items are properly prepared for use in our onsite boutique and shelter programs. This person will work closely with our shelter team and supervisors to ensure that the items needed are stocked tracked and made available to clients in a timely and organized manner. Schedule is Monday Friday 8:00am 5pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive count and organize incoming donated goods.
- Maintain uptodate and accurate records using inventory management software.
- Sort and prepare clothing and goods for display in our shelter boutique.
- Communicate regularly with supervisor regarding inventory levels and restocking needs.
- Update and manage the organizations Amazon Wish List based on current needs.
- Identify and report any shortages or surplus of items.
- Support team efforts during seasonal donation drives or special events.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the inventory area.

Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in inventory management or related field preferred.
- Familiarity with inventory software or database systems required.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Selfstarter with good communication skills.
- Comfortable lifting boxes and moving items as needed (up to 30 lbs).
Preferred:
- Experience in a nonprofit donation center or shelter environment.
- Familiarity with Amazon Wish List tools and online inventory platforms.

- Must be able to lift 25lbs.
- Office is located within a confidential shelter and an additional administrative office. The noise level in the work environment varies.
- Must be able to load and unload transport rolling cart.
- Weather may be a factor due to moving items from the new residential headquarters to shelter as needed.
