Minimum of 8 years of experience in Production Support or a related in ITSM processes including Change Management Defect Management and Problem ability to influence and drive work across crossfunctional problemsolving skills and the ability to conduct thorough Root Cause communication skills with the ability to engage in technical discussions and provide clear in preparing and presenting metrics reports to diverse to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced skills using Python Tableau Alteryx familiarity with Java Springboot AWS SQL and in a Payments Technology with best practices in system stability and resiliency.
