Schedule: 8:00am 5:00pm Monday Friday
Location: AlphaBEST Support Office Lewisville NC. This is an inoffice position only.
As an AlphaBEST Staff Accountant youll bring your Agame daily as you:
- Record all AP invoices into the accounting system and weekly processing of checks
- Reconcile credit card statements and monthly expense reports
- Post all cash receipts
- Respond to customer and vendor inquiries
- Prepare general ledger journal entries and account reconciliations
- Weekly mail processing
- Assist Controller with monthend process including monthly bank reconciliation
- Assist with annual audit
- Other duties as assigned
Heres what youll need:
- Degree in Accounting required
- 2 years of experience in accounting and/or finance
- Experience working in ERP systems Oracle NetSuite a plus
- Excel experience is a requirement
- Knowledge of debits and credits
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be detail and deadlineoriented
Pay & Benefits:
