- 15 years of legal experience in labor and employment law.
- Demonstrated experience in one or more of the following:
- Advising employers on labor and employment matters
- Collective bargaining negotiations
- Civil litigation and discovery in federal and state court
- Administrative agency representation
- Exceptional research writing and communication skills.
- Selfmotivated with the ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Strong academic background and a commitment to excellence.
