You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are looking for executives with outgoing personality good people skills and desire to work in rural sales. You will need to travel to small towns and villages for dealer development machinery demonstration to farmers customer support etc. The candidate must to be familiar with agriculture rural economy hardworking and willing to travel. You will report to the Sales Managers at the branches.
Responsibilities include:
and execute a data driven sales plan for your territory
sales target track performance and revise strategy to deliver on goals
dealers regularly to build a strong relationship and grow revenues
sales numbers & profitability
demonstration of current products exhibition participation and other promotional activity
competition product portfolio quality pricing v/s KisanKraft products
crop seasons and farmer requirements. Devise strategy by interacting with farmers dealers and agriofficers
your sales plans with agronomy data for your zone with the help of KisanKrafts Agronomy team
empanelment in various governmental agencies and participate in tenders
KisanKrafts exclusive stores across your territory
new markets and channels for new products among dealers/farmers in your territory
progress report on your territory to your supervisory manager
performance of marketing campaigns market trends research consumer markets and competitors activities to identify opportunities and report key issues to management
from colleagues dealers and farmers and share your knowledge with others.
Travel: Travel is required for this position. Minimum travel of 12days for dealer visits and 3days of field demonstration is mandatory.
Qualification: BBA or MBA in Sales/Marketing (with rural focus) or BE/BTech in Mechanical/Automotive Engineering
Experience: Freshers are welcome. However 14 years experience is preferred.
