Now Hiring: Assistant General Manager Fairfield Columbus New Albany
Were on the lookout for an enthusiastic peopleloving leader to step into the role of Assistant General Manager. Youll be right in the heart of the actionworking sidebyside with the General Manager to keep hotel operations running like a dream and ensure every guest leaves with a smile.

Responsibilities:

Operational Management:
Keep things running smoothly across all departmentsfront desk housekeeping food and beverage maintenance and more.
Set the bar high for service cleanliness and guest happiness.
Help implement hotel policies and keep everything on track and consistent.
Solve problems quickly and creatively to keep guests delighted.

Staff Supervision and Training:
Be a mentorhelp recruit train and develop an awesome team.
Support and lead department managers and frontline staff.
Create a workplace where teamwork positivity and growth are the norm.

Guest Relations:
Be the friendly face (and calm voice) guests turn to for help feedback or a quick chat.
Drive service excellence through fun and thoughtful guest programs.
Build lasting relationships with our repeat guests and VIPs.

Financial Management:
Help plan and manage the hotels budget and financial goals.
Keep an eye on revenue and expensesand find smart ways to boost the bottom line.
Make sure were costconscious without compromising the guest experience.

Sales and Marketing Support:
Team up with sales and marketing to keep our hotel buzzing with business.
Lend your ideas to promotions campaigns and exciting events.
Join in on client meetings and networking to keep growing our reach.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of hotel management or operations experience in a leadership role.

  • A natural leader with great communication and people skills.

  • Super organized with a knack for juggling tasks like a pro.

  • Ready to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays.
