What Youll Own:
- Drive new business by identifying pitching and closing deals with enterpriselevel B2C brands.
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing with a focus on consultative selling
- Develop and nurture relationships with CXOs CMOs Heads of Marketing and Digital leaders
- Collaborate closely with Product Marketing and Customer Success teams to ensure client needs are met
- Manage the sales pipeline through HubSpot/CRM tools and provide accurate forecasting
- Represent Xeno at industry events conferences and client meetings
What Were Looking For:
- 6 years of experience in enterprise sales with a strong understanding of SaaS/CRM/MarTech
- Demonstrated ability to sell to large consumer brands and close highvalue deals
- Exceptional communication storytelling and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical mindset with a datadriven approach to decision making
- Proven experience managing long complex sales cycles
- Hustle ownership and a hunger to win were a startup!
Bonus Points If You:
- Have experience selling to CMOs or marketing decisionmakers in B2C companies
- Have worked in a startup or fastpaced environment
- Understand CRM loyalty and personalization ecosystems
