SITE DIRECTOR II (FULLTIME): AlphaBEST Education Before & After School Program Site Director Norman OK
Salary Range $19.00 $22.00 per hour $21.50CDA/Master Teacher)

AlphaBEST Explorations happen when our Explorers (students) have Captains (Site Directors) who are dedicated to fun and creating the perfect learning environment that sparks curiosity!
Location: Norman Public Schools
Schedule: The Site Director is expected to report at their site from 6:15 am until school begins and from 15 minutes before school is released until 6:15 pm. Monday Friday (No weekends! The Site Director II will also have time in between sessions for additional work.

As an AlphaBEST Captain (Site Director) youll be trained and have the chance to do the following:
- Ensure the successful implementation of engaging programs that advance the physical social emotional and intellectual development of children.
- Work collaboratively with peers and our Leadership Team to share important programrelated information with students parents and school administrators
- Train AlphaBEST Guides (Group Leaders) on how to complete adventurous tasks that ignite a childs sense of wonder.
- Encourage creativity and intellectual curiosity by establishing clubs that build on the students interests and talents.
- Provide a caring familyoriented environment where positive staff child parent and school relationships are fostered at your program site.
Heres what youll need:
- Must have the verifiable education and/or experience that is required for childcare licensing by the state of Oklahoma
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs
- Must be able to successfully complete a background check as required by state childcare licensing regulations
- Have CDA certification or Master Teacher level in CECPD. (level 2
