Job Description
Job Overview:
- Perform data analysis and investigation on Prescription and Sales data.
- Share insights and deliver accurate data to clients.
- Plan projects track deliverables and establish realistic timelines during transitions.
- Ensure seamless operations during transitions parallel production and postgolive stabilization.
- Initiate and implement deliverable streamlining.
- Provide extended support adhoc requests as per client needs.
- Support MIS data such as SOPs Delivery Trackers Change Log etc.
Other Requirements:
- Bachelors degree
- 35 years of experience in operations management project management reporting and transitions.
- Strong client interaction skills.
- Proven experience in handling transitions and managing multiple projects.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with service groups and onshore stakeholders.
- Willing to work in 6:30 PM 3:30 AM shift.
