This newly created role offers you the chance to make a real impact by working collaboratively across our teams to streamline and enhance our operational processes. Youll play a key role in ensuring compliance with regulatory audit requirements in SCALA while efficiently managing workflows in MyWorkday to ensure our customers receive timely responses. In addition youll be responsible for overseeing the quality assurance of our People Services outputs and identifying opportunities for training and upskilling. At AXA we work smart empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them their team and our customers. Youll work at least 40 of your week away from home moving to the majority of your working week from September 2025. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations visiting clients or attending industry also happy to consider flexible working arrangements which you can discuss with Talent Acquisition.
