Job Description

As an Interventional Pain Management Physician you will deliver personalized care within a supportive and collaborative atmosphere.
In this role you will perform essential procedures such as epidural steroid injections discography spinal cord stimulation and vertebroplast and kyphoplasty cases.
Monday to Friday during standard business hours.
Compensation and Benefits:
Base Salary: $350000$375000 per year commensurate with experience and qualifications.
Salary Guarantee: A guaranteed base salary for the first 12 years of employment allowing for a smooth transition into the practice.
ProductionBased Model:After the guarantee period compensation will shift to a productionbased model providing opportunities for increased earnings based on performance metrics and patient volume.
Comprehensive benefits package including health insurance retirement plan paid time off and continuing education allowances.
Requirements:
Candidate must have an ACGME accredited pain management fellowship and preferably be boarded in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation or Anesthesiology.
