The Role
The Identity & Access Management (IAM) role within the security team at IFM Investors is responsible for administering and maintaining IAM processes and systems. The candidate must have a strong understanding of IAM principles excellent problemsolving skills experience with IDAM systems (preferably Clear Skye) and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical ownership and support for the IAM platform.
- Work with the IFM project team to implement the IAM solution and set the IAM foundation.
- Assist with the transition of IAM services from the current platform to the new platform.
- Create and manage the ongoing support model for the IAM solution.
- Onboard further IFM applications to the IAM system.
- Provide thought leadership and best practices for environment customization and configurations.
- Engage with stakeholders to assist in measuring success metrics.
Your Background and Experience
- 5 years of experience in identity and access management roles.
- Strong knowledge of IAM principles technologies (Clear Skye) and best practices.
- Excellent problemsolving analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Relevant certifications (e.g. Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM) and tertiary qualifications in IT or related fields.
- Experience with ServiceNow platform and workshop facilitation with key stakeholders.
