SCHOOL YEAR
SITE DIRECTOR I (PARTTIME): AlphaBEST Education Before & After School Program Site Director Norman OK
Salary Range: starting at $19.00 per hour $21.50 per hour for CDA/Master Teacher)

Location: Elementary & Middle schools within Norman Public Schools
Schedule: The Site Director is expected to report at their site from 6:15 am until school begins and from 15 minutes before school is released until 6:15 pm Monday Friday. (No weekends!
Pay & Benefits:
- Actual compensation is based on education and experience (the range is $19$22 per hour).

Here is what you will need: Be a Master Teacher/ CDA certification
- CDA
- CCP Credential
- 12 credit hours in ECE/CD/SA through CECPD
- Oklahoma certificate of Mastery
- 1050 hours of training and take the Master Teachers test (Must show proof of certificate)
As an AlphaBEST Site Director youll be trained and have the chance to do the following:
- Ensure the successful implementation of engaging programs that advance the physical social emotional and intellectual development of children.
- Work collaboratively with peers and our Leadership Team to share important programrelated information with students parents and school administrators.
- Train AlphaBEST Group Leaders on how to complete adventurous tasks that ignite a childs sense of wonder.
- Encourage creativity and intellectual curiosity by establishing clubs that build on the students interests and talents.
- Provide a caring familyoriented environment where positive staff child parent and school relationships are fostered at your program site.
