What youll Do

We are seeking an energetic Customer Service Representative who will be responsible for creating positive customer service experiences for our customers as well as critical backend business functions.

  • Oversee customer orders from initial submission of purchase order through product delivery. Serve as first point of contact for incoming customer service calls and emails
  • The ability to spearhead customer meetings with confidence and articulate meeting objectives
  • Process RMAs research invoice and shipping discrepancies through resolution
  • Assist customers with quotes order confirmations expedites and shipment tracking
  • Respond thoroughly and promptly to all customer inquiries with a sense of urgency
  • Record details of inquiries as well as actions taken using CRM software
  • Understands the importance of detail and accuracy of clean order booking
  • Strive for positive relationship building with customer accounts
  • Responsible for special assignments or projects delegated by management
  • Cultivate familiarity with IronRidge products and software tools
  • Crossfunctional collaborations
  • Perform any other duties as assigned
  • Previous experience of 13 years in customerfacing roles

  • Confident with MS Office products (Outlook Excel Word PowerPoint and Google Sheets) along with similar programs
  • Familiar with data entry ERP systems (Microsoft D365 F&O preferred)

Where Youll Be Located

This position is hybrid position and will report to one of the Enstall offices 2 days/week. Preference will be given to candidates at our North Andover MA office but those in the San Francisco CA or Phoenix AZ areas may also be considered.

What Well Offer

We offer competitive compensation determined by each individuals relevant experience skills education and location. We anticipate the base salary for this position to be between $21.00 and $26.50 hourly if located in the North Andover MA market. In addition to base salary Enstall employees are eligible for either an annual bonus or commission depending on their position. If your desired salary falls outside of these rates we hope youll still apply as there may be other positions that better align.
