Job Summary:
This is a fulltime position that will assist with new group implementation including building the group structure and plan designs in the WLT software claim adjudication system vendor setup and coordination with various Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) networks and Pharmacy Benefit Managers (PBM). This position will also help implement the plan changes to existing customers benefit plan designs and vendor setup provide IT direction for accumulator exchange with the PBMs maintain WLT software adjudication system tables and functions load PPO fee schedules in WLT as well as calculate and load DRG pricing into the adjudication system.
This position requires the ability to troubleshoot claim processing issues work on various projects as assigned report WLT errors and issues to the WLT Client Service Representatives audit the implemented group structure and plan design of other Plan Builders and stay informed and knowledgeable about governmental requirements such as with the Affordable Care Act etc. and work closely with the Internal Implementation/Marketing Coordinators Plan Document department and Sales and Account Executives to receive interpret and implement new and existing clients intent about employee benefits.
Job Qualifications:
Experience with claims adjudication systems. Knowledge of Affordable Care Act requirements is helpful. Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel Word and Outlook. Ability to interpret a spreadsheet. Strong problemsolving troubleshooting and analytical skills are vital. Strong attention to detail is a must. Ability to interpret plan document language and benefits. Strong math skills. Good organizational skills. Ability to multitask with interruptions. Must have good writing skills using proper grammar punctuation and sentence structure. Selfmotivated and selfstarter.
Hours Required: 40 per week Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Pay Basis: Hourly
