SME (Subject Matter Expert)What does a successful SME do
The Italy SME (Subject Matter Expert) plays a critical role in managing the entire lifecycle of the VisionPlus system from ideation and requirement gathering to design testing and successful production deployment. You will collaborate with key business clients and engineering groups to drive endtoend solutions ensuring that projects align with Fiservs strategic goals.
What you will do
- Lead the implementation of regulatory and compliance changes and oversee production support and incident management.
- Consult with business partners to identify challenges and propose systems solutions that meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with various groups to gather document and negotiate business requirements.
- Manage the development and delivery of business cases requirements documents and test plans.
- Act as the primary liaison during the development lifecycle from needs analysis to UAT and rollout.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to align IT solutions with business goals and priorities.
- Execute independent judgment in developing methods techniques and architectures for obtaining effective solutions.
- Ensure alignment of line of business priorities with IT capabilities and manage project budgets.
- Analyse and document requirements ensuring traceability and communication aligned with the overall business vision.
- Provide maintenance and development support for the VisionPlus application systems.
What you will need to have:
- Minimum of 6 years of VisionPlus application support and/or development experience.
- Strong programming skills in COBOL with proficiency in the IBM mainframe environment including CICS and VSAM/IAM.
- Familiarity with software design and development methodologies.
- A foundational understanding of the credit card industry including issuing and acquiring processes.
- Excellent communication problemsolving and negotiation skills with a focus on building credible relationships across teams.
- Fluent in English and Italian
What would be great to have:
- Experience in CICS configuration and parametrization MRO (MultiRegion) architecture
- Experience with Java programming and web technologies like Angular or HTML5.
- Familiarity with ZOS DB2 database management and project management tools like JIRA.
- Understanding of mainframe ZOS environment including JCL and scheduling tools such as CA7 ControlM or OPC.
- Background in SDLC methodologies (Waterfall and Agile) for enterpriselevel IT systems implementations.
- Bachelors degree in computer science or a related field is preferred
SME (Subject Matter Expert) in Italia svolge un ruolo critico nella gestione dellintero ciclo di vita del sistema VisionPlus dalla raccolta dei requisiti al design sviluppo test implementazione della soluzione in produzione. Collaborerai con clienti importanti e team di lavoro per implementare soluzioni endtoend assicurando che i progetti siano allineati con gli obiettivi strategici di Fiserv.
Cosa farai
- Implementare cambiamenti normativi e di conformit e supervisionare il supporto alla produzione ed alla gestione degli incident.
- Collaborare con partner aziendali per proporre soluzioni di sistema che soddisfino i requisiti aziendali.
- Collaborare con vari gruppi per raccogliere documentare requisiti di business.
- Gestire lo sviluppo e la delivery la documentazione ed piani di test.
- Agire come principale punto di riferimento durante le fasi di sviluppo del progetto dallanalisi alle fasi di test (UAT) fino al rollout in produzione.
- Sviluppare e mantenere relazioni con i principali stakeholder per allineare le soluzioni IT con gli obiettivi e le priorit aziendali.
- Dimostrare intraprendenza nello sviluppo di metodi tecniche e architetture per implementare soluzioni efficaci.
- Assicurare lallineamento delle priorit di business con le capacit IT e gestire i budget di progetto.
- Analizzare e documentare i requisiti garantendo tracciabilit e comunicazione allineata con la visione aziendale complessiva.
- Fornire supporto alla fase di manutenzione ed lo sviluppo dei sistemi applicativi VisionPlus.
Capacita richieste:
- Minimo 6 anni di esperienza in supporto e/o sviluppo dellapplicazione VisionPlus.
- Spiccate capacit di programmazione in COBOL con competenze in ambiente Mainframe (incluso CICS VSAM/IAM)
- Familiarit con metodologie di design e sviluppo software.
- Conoscenza del mondo dei pagamenti e della monetica in particolare; buona conoscenza delle fasi di processing sia lato acquiring che lato issuing.
- Eccellenti capacit comunicative persuasive e di problemsolving con un focus sulla creazione di relazioni efficaci ed effettive tra i vari team.
- Fluente in inglese e italiano.
Nice to have:
- Esperienza nella configurazione e parametrizzazione di CICS architettura MRO (MultiRegion).
- Esperienza in programmazione Java ed in tecnologie web come Angular o HTML5.
- Familiarit e conoscenza con database Zos DB2 e strumenti di gestione progettuale quali JIRA.
- Familiarit e conoscenza dellambiente Zos mainframe inclusi JCL e strumenti di programmazione come CA7 ControlM o OPC.
- Esperienza in metodologie SDLC (Waterfall e Agile) per implementazioni di soluzione IT.
- Preferibile Laurea in informatica oppure in un campo correlato.
