Job Description
- Build relationships with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies
- Manage the recruitment process and help ensure a positive candidate experience
- Strategize execute and manage different ways to build talent pipelines such as sourcing campaigns referrals internship program and networking events both virtual and in person
- Stay current on the latest methods to source active and passive candidates
- Prepare various reports related to recruitment metrics
- Manage relationships and processes with outside recruiters staffing agencies and job posting vendors
- Manage requisition and candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System
- Adept at leveraging technology and software tools to create speed and efficiency
- 5 years of experience recruiting/sourcing preferably in startups and medical devices.
- Ability to prioritize and handle a requisition load of 20 on a regular basis.
- Excellent interview skills and the ability to screen and select candidates.
- Skilled at identifying new sources to find talent.
- Experience working with HRIS and ATS systems; Paycor experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to remain flexible and responsive when faced with competing priorities.
- A positive collaborative approach to your work.
- Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
