Presbyterian is seeking a Registered Dietitian/Clinical Nutritionist who is responsible for developing and implementing personalized nutrition plans to improve patients overall health and wellbeing. They assess patients dietary needs create individualized care plans monitor progress and provide education on healthy eating habits. Clinical Nutritionists collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and stay updated on the latest nutritional science to incorporate best practices into their work.

Assess Patients Health Needs: Evaluate patients nutritional needs and health status.
Develop Nutrition Plans: Create personalized nutritional care plans and dietary strategies.
Monitor Progress: Continuously monitor and evaluate patient progress making necessary adjustments to their nutritional plans.
Provide Education: Educate patients on healthy eating habits and lifestyle modifications to support their health goals.
Collaborate with Healthcare Teams: Work closely with physicians nurses and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
Stay Updated: Keep up with the latest nutritional science research and incorporate best practices into patient care.
Community Outreach: Participate in community outreach programs to educate the public on the importance of nutrition for overall health.
