About the Role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced ClientSide Developer Project Construction Manager to join a dynamic and forwardthinking team based in London. This role is perfect for a driven professional who is passionate about delivering highquality construction projects on behalf of the client focusing on developerled schemes across commercial residential and mixeduse sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the clients representative from concept to completion and handover.
Manage design teams consultants contractors and stakeholders.
Monitor programme cost quality and risk ensuring smooth delivery.
Lead procurement and contract negotiations to safeguard client interests.
Oversee health safety and compliance throughout all project stages.
Maintain clear communication with clients and project teams.
Drive value engineering while preserving design integrity.
About You:
Proven experience working on the client side or for a developer in a project management role.
Strong track record delivering newbuild or major refurbishment projects ideally in London.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Indepth knowledge of UK construction regulations and procurement practices.
Degree in Construction Management Engineering Surveying or equivalent.
Professional membership (MCIOB RICS APM) is a plus but not essential.
