As a Business Owner Solutions Associate you will:
Engage in a range of M&A assignments to acquire practical experience.
Conduct financial analysis develop models research industries and create marketing materials.
Effectively manage multiple responsibilities in a dynamic fastpaced setting.
Oversee the preparation of valuations financial models marketing documents and client presentations while also researching new business opportunities.
Work alongside senior bankers and client management on different transactions.

What we look for:
Candidates should possess 23 years of experience in a financial or quantitative position with preference given to those who have direct investment banking experience.
While Series 63 and 79 licenses are preferred candidates should be able to quickly obtain them if not already certified.
Interest in Finance with a strong academic background (preferably in Accounting Business Economics or Finance).
Knowledge of financial statements and evaluations of public/private businesses.
Strong analytical financial written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint).
Attention to detail accuracy and reliability with a focus on improvement.
Strong work ethic and adaptability in a fastpaced environment.
Previous business experience is preferred.
