Tyto Athene is searching for a Systems Engineer to support a law enforcement customer in Washington DC.
Responsibilities:
- Support infrastructure systems on Windowsbased platforms
- Support and maintain high availability distributed multiclustered server infrastructure and systems
- Responsible for server infrastructure analysis optimization and capacity planning
- Technical writing/creation of formal documentation such as architecture diagrams technical designs and SOPs
Clearance:
- TS/SCI Clearance Required
Required:
- 8 years of general work experience and 6 years of relevant IT experience with 4 years of administration and operations of servers
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent combination of formal education and experience. Masters degree may be substituted for 4 additional years of general experience.
- Experience with supporting operating and maintaining a 24/7 missioncritical data center infrastructure
- DHCP DNS TCP/IP
- Microsoft Server
- Active Directory
- Cloud Providers such as AWS and Azure
- Linux administration
- Scripting languages (PowerShell Python)
- Cloud Providers such as AWS and Azure
- Windows Server Administration
- Windows Desktop Administration
- Citrix Workspace and Apps
- TS/SCI Clearance Required
- This role is located on client site in Washington DC
Compensation is unique to each candidate and relative to the skills and experience they bring to the position. The salary range for this position is typically $90K$95K. This does not guarantee a specific salary as compensation is based upon multiple factors such as education experience certifications and other requirements and may fall outside of the abovestated range.
