Solutions Analyst Unsecured Lending ITSome careers grow faster than technology teams in the UK work closely with HSBCs global businesses to help design and build digital services that allow our millions of customers around the world to bank quickly simply and within WPB IT the role has responsibility for contributing to overall regional delivery of IT capabilities for WPB Unsecured Lending business . The role will contribute towards an overall delivery of a multimillion dollar portfolio of change with customer experience at the heart of everything opportunity has arisen to join an established team responsible for definition & delivery of initiatives and capabilities effecting the Unsecured Lending portfolio primarily Credit Cards Embedded Finance and Loans for Personal customers across the UK. Each delivery will bring its own challenges working with both internal and external suppliers using traditional or agile delivery methods. In this role you will: Have responsibility to expand and iterate high level architecture in to solutions that can be consumed by both IT and Business teams within a Value Stream constructAct as the owner of the IT Solution design and primary point of contact for multiple delivery teamsSupport the decomposition of capabilities into features to enable iterative delivery. Be responsible for ensuring that solution options adhere to the strategic Architecture direction for Unsecured LendingManage key relationships with stakeholders across IT Business and UK be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:Highly organised with an effective written communication styleExcellent analytical skills the ability to look at the bigger pictureFlexible and creative problem solver. Strong knowledge of the Unsecured products within HSBCThe ability to build relationships to influence decisions and ensure stakeholder advocacy aligned to business goals and strategiesDomain knowledge of the Unsecured Product set is preferred but not essential.
